Self-Employed Trainee / Junior Mortgage Broker ( Mortgages & Money Ltd )

* MANCHESTER AREA OR EASY COMMUTE INTO MANCHESTER * WORK REMOTE BUT REQUIRED TO BE IN THE OFFICE ( 2 to 3 DAYS A WEEK ) MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

- FULL CEMAP 1 2 3 REQUIRED

- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED ( You simply need to be driven and hungry to succeed, most importantly you will need to have the ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships )

- LEADS PROVIDED ( Realistic OTE £20,000 to £50,000 but earnings are uncapped )

- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GENERATE YOUR OWN LEADS ) Self-generated leads are split In favor of the Trainee Mortgage Broker

- REMOTE WORKING ( office 2/3 times a week : continual face to face mentoring and training with Senior Executive Mortgage Broker ).

TASKS : Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs , ensure that clients paperwork and supporting documents are in line with compliance. Keying applications onto CRM ( Smartr 365 ) and lender portals , sales progressing and liaising with lenders , solicitors , estate agents and clients.

* Please note: You will be required to be self-motivated and also produce self-generated leads. A performance review every month will be done based on the revenue of the broker.
