Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are the largest Bubble Tea franchise with over 100 stores across the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for self-motivated and enthusiastic bubble tea barista to join our team. A successful candidate is well-organised, detail-oriented, and well-spoken. We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with a variety of products and services. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, professionally responding to customer requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform till operation and serve customers
• Cook and prepare toppings
• Prepare bubble tea
• Conduct stock check and inventory order
• Open and close store
• Weekend work schedule is required
• Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and hygiene procedures and standards are maintained and complied

Requirements:

• Barista and/or Hospitality experience (desirable)
• Work in effectiveness and efficiency way
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to details
• Willing to work during weekends
• A customer-oriented and positive attitude
• Friendly and cheerful
• Passionate about bubble tea
• Good at time management and a team player
• Good English proficiency
• Eligible to work in the UK

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
