Montblanc - Wholesale Sales & Operation Intern (starting May 2023)

(12 month fixed term contract, Full-Time)


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


As an Wholesale Sales & Operation intern you will support the wholesale and operation teams. All responsibilities are conducted in full alignment with the Sales Director and in collaboration with the Sales administration (back office) teams.


Key responsibilities:


Operation team support

  • Handling of the sales enquiries
  • Returns
  • Stock adjustments
  • SAP order placing
  • Administration of the Return to warehouse
  • Administration of the Staff sales
  • General customer enquiries
  • Coordinate E-retailer images and product descriptions
  • Delivery tracking & advising delivery status to customers
  • Processing items received into main office. e.g. post, returns, samples.
  • Liaison with Finance department for customer credit releases.
  • Marketing samples handling

Business analyst and Reporting

  • Support and analyse monthly sell-out reports UK, sell-out reports HQ, SWM report
  • ad hoc analysis and competitor analysis
  • Support for model stock process

Customer Relationship Management / Booster

  • Support data collection and input

Events & Exhibitions

  • Support planning and organising of events and travels

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?


  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong administration background
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advance knowledge of Excel required
  • Fluent in English
  • Organised with attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
  • Strong people & communication skills
  • Proactive, dynamic & solution orientated
  • Capable to cope with fast paced, challenging and changing environment
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Innovative and solutions driven
