SIA Security Guard

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are now recruiting for full-time seasonal SIA Security Guards to join the team at Monkey Tree Holiday Park for the 2023 season.

You will patrolling our family Holiday Park, rotas covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contract will end on the 30th September 2022, with the potential to be extended.

What you will be doing:

• Patrol all premises, aiming to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring the security of all doors, windows and gates
• Supporting colleagues in any required ad-hoc duties necessary for the successful running of the Park
• Answer alarms and investigate all disturbances
• Providing a calm, efficient, courteous and flexible customer service
• Monitoring, patrolling and guarding against potential security breaches
• Circulating among visitors, patrons and employees to protect property and preserve order

What we are looking for:

• A valid door supervisor license (essential)
• Trust and honesty
• The ability to make quick decisions
• Being able to stay calm under extreme cases
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellence communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: From £11.50 per hour
