Senior Cleaning Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Minster Cleaning require an experienced Cleaning Manager to join our friendly team. The role will be to manage a portfolio of customers through the East Bristol and Bath areas ensuring that we provide the best possible service

The successful candidate will be able to show a track record in managing customers as well as colleagues, recruitment of new staff and training to ensure cleaners are given as much support as possible

Experience in Recruitment, Health & Safety and a demonstrated history of providing a great service to customers will be an advantage

The role attracts a Company Car, Laptop, Phone and quarterly performance bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Experience:

• cleaning: 3 years (preferred)
