Daytime Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mimi’s is a modern European restaurant and cocktail bar located in the heart of Weybridge. We are looking for a passionate Daytime Supervisor with a history of proven success in the hospitality sector, the successful applicant will oversee the daytime running of the cafe, bar and restaurant and will occasionally be required to support the evening team.

As a Daytime Supervisor you are to report to the Restaurant Manager and assist in the quality and delivery of customer service within the venue. You will be expected to support the business efficiently, continually striving for better results achieve the financial targets set out by ownership. Within your role you will support the Restaurant Manager in implementing and maintaining a culture of high standards throughout the team. We are looking for candidates who are highly enthusiastic, friendly, well presented and open to new challenges. This role is strictly daytime, however we do have the option for overtime on evenings.

What we're looking for:

• 1 year minimum experience in a similar role
• Friendly and approachable personality
• A Self-starter and true team player who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up
• Have great communication skills and the ability to lead from the front, motivate and drive the team forwards
• A good understanding of Lightspeed POS system, however if not a comprehensive training programme will be provided
• Excellent attention to detail and an ability to oversee the whole operation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour
