Warehouse Assistant

Miko Coffee Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Warehouse assistant to join the team at our Sheffield branch.

Miko Coffee is an international organisation that specialises in tailored solutions for out-of-home customers, providing world class coffee machines, the finest coffee and the highest quality of technical service.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Must have a keen eye to detail but at the same time be able to be re-active when necessary to satisfy customer needs
• Be a self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Must be very reliable and be a team player
• Good communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Have a reach and balance fork lift licence (not essential)
• Have previous experience with stock rotation and working in a warehouse environment (not essential)

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Picking orders accurately prior to packing.
• Checking dates on stock and ensure that it is rotated and used in the correct date order.
• Dealing with customers and general public when they arrive at the warehouse.
• Checking in deliveries from our suppliers.
• To ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
• To take part in the Company Stock checks when required.
• To be an active and flexible member of the warehouse department, supporting the needs of an expanding company and the ever changing demands of the modern service industry.
