Trainee CT Radiographer

The below job will commence as Band 5 and progress to Band 6 once training is completed.

The CT team welcomes applications for a trainee CT Radiographer post. Individuals who are either already qualified or expecting to qualify in the summer of 2023 are invited to apply.

Here at the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals trust, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee CT Radiographer to join a highly motivated and forward-thinking CT department. We are searching for an individual who is self-motivated and passionate about delivering excellent quality healthcare for all service users. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence of either BSc Radiography or D.C.R.(R), and HCPC registration. Previous NHS experience is essential.

We are a 3-site trust and as part of your role you will be required to work across all sites covering, days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. We offer a regular staff shuttle service between the sites for staff convenience and ease.

The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Trust has excellent travel links to Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, and Bradford. We are close to both the M1 and the M62. Interviews to be held on March 11th, 2023. The X-ray department will interview on the same day and applications for both posts would be welcomed.
