Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for motivated individuals with a passion for learning and a keen interest in the Construction industry to join our Graduate programme.

Our challenging and rewarding 3–5-year Graduate Trainee Programme is an important step towards becoming Chartered Civil Engineer. The scheme combines in-house technical and behavioural training with on-the-job experience. You will have responsibility on one of our projects from day one, plus structured support with professional development.

Mandatory Qualifications: 2:1 or above in the following subjects:

Either 2:1 or above in a construction related degree i.e.

· BEng Civil Engineering

· MEng Civil Engineering

· MEng Civil Engineering and Architecture

· MEng Civil and Environment Engineering

Our programmes offer successful candidates:

• Full support to achieve professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Engineers (ICE) Practical, on the job experience guided by structured technical training and placements with regular progress reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
