Role Overview & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

. Helping our residents carry out their daily activities e.g eating, showering

. Spending time with our residents and giving them company

. Treating our residents with kindness and respect

. Working well in a team

. Reporting any concerns to management

. Ensuring the home is kept clean and tidy

. Adhering to professional standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.42 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear face masks whilst in the building.

Licence/Certification:

• NVQ Level 2 (preferred)
