What will my day to day look like?
You’ll assist the General Manager in running day-to-day operations
Leading the team from the front, delivering our famous food in a friendly manner
Ensure all food safety, health and safety and internal audit standards are met
Engage the workforce through efficient scheduling, supporting development plans and recognising excellence
Complete and monitor daily administration
Deliver financial controls within restaurants budget
