Coffee Shop Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We are seeking a Supervisor for our established, popular coffee shop and brunch spot in Dalton Park Shopping Centre.

Salary - £11.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in day to day running of the coffee shop
• Directing the staff team in the Manager's absence
• Maintaining Food and Health Safety standards
• Due dilligence and compliance checks
• Upholding Massarella & Co core values
• Delivering excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years experience in the hospitality industry
• Previous junior management experience will be helpful
• A good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
• Previous experience leading a team
• Barista skills will be a benefit but not essential

The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential to the continued success of the business. They will need to demonstrate the ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
