About us

Masonhouse Manufacturing Limited has manufactured kitchen furniture under the brand names Callerton and Brown & Hood for nearly 40 years. We manufacture quality product to order, for a UK network of design led kitchen specialist retailers as well as for local trades people.

No previous experience necessary

Strong computer skills required

The candidate should be personable, organised, keen to learn and with a strong attention to detail. Being passionate about great customer service is a must.

The successful candidate will be working with colleagues in an office environment based at our factory in Pallion, Sunderland. The role includes producing quotes for our customers, processing sales orders, dealing with phone and email enquiries, liaising with the factory team, and providing a great customer experience.
