Job Title:- Trainee Operations Assistant
An Enthusiastic, Dynamic person who is eager to learn is required to Join our Bristol office. Full training will be provided for this varied full time role.
Secure Cargo is a Freight Forwarding company based in Yate Bristol that has great public transport links and easily accessible via main roads.
We are part of the CalibreRoutex Group that has been successfully trading for over 30 years, working with long time customers and arranging regular cargo of all descriptions throughout Europe and the world.
You will assist the branch manager, and in time take on the responsibilities of running operations with the support of your Branch Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities:-
Communicate effectively via e mail and phone, in a professional manner with customers to ensure their requirements are met
Liaise with our International partners, reporting any discrepancies or specific requirements.
Prepare correct documentation to our warehouse for Loading / offloading cargo to Vehicles
Raising Delivery / Collection notes to our Hauliers. Preparing Customs documentation for completion by the Calibre Routex Dartford office.
Assisting the Branch Manager with General office Administration.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £22,000.00 per year.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 0900 – 1700 Hrs
