Role Overview & Responsibilities

Madame Wax is an award winning waxing salon in Llanederyn Cardiff. We are a friendly cheeky bunch and are excitedly expanding our team on our front desk.

1 Position available:

• Wed 9am - 7.30pm Fri 9am - 6.30pm
• Wed 9am -7.30pm Fri 9am - 6.30pm Sat 9am - 5.30pm

Week 1 18 hrs Week 2 25.5hrs

Wow what an important role you'll have being the face of Madame Wax! you will be on the front line as customers come in so a friendly bubbly personality is essential. Your role will be creating a friendly helpful comfortable vibe when customers come to visit by building on our existing relationships and making new customers feel like they belong here by dazzling them with your fun, bubbly awesomeness.

You will be using our in-house diary booking system to make customers appointments, aswell as on the phone, email and face to face but don't worry we give you training. We're also looking for a Mrs Hinch as we love a super clean salon.

• Experience using Google Drive/sheets/docs
• Word and Excel
• Good communicator with a strong initiative
• A great team player
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
