M&W Meats - Butcher, Portion Controlled Steak Cutting
St Austell, Cornwall
We are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our rapidly developing business.
Your main role within the business will be butchery and cutting portion-controlled steaks to specification and weight range.
Our Ideal candidate will have experience within a fast-paced environment cutting steaks at high volumes. Preferably a factory environment.
In return, we're offering competitive rates of pay and the ability to grow with our business.
Monday - Friday (no weekends)
All candidates must have:
- Butchery experience
- Experience in a similar job (portion controlled cutting) Retail or Wholesale
- Safety-conscious approach
- Attention to detail and a good with numbers/weights etc
- An interest in meat and meat preparation, and food in general
- Excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness
- The ability to work well as part of a team
