Role Overview & Responsibilities

Chew-On-This is a fast-growing, dynamic UK-based food and beverage Group with restaurants spanning across UK and we are delighted to expand our front of house team at our Chinese restaurant, Shan Shui, in London Heathrow Airport Departure Lounge.

Your Role:

• Welcome customers and introduce them to the menu
• Possess a good knowledge of the menu
• Take customers' orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Engage with customers and create a friendly dining atmosphere
• Provide great customer service
• Assist with bills and payments
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house area
• Attend regular meetings with managers on menu changes and specials

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

• Food service: 1 year (preferred)
