Role Overview & Responsibilities

Part-Time
Seeking a qualified, individual to oversee intellectually disabled adults in the Hayward area. Candidates must have a flexible schedule, and schedule their week according to priority and needs of the clients.$27.00-30.00 DOE.
Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor of Arts degree in a social services or human services discipline and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a leadership or management capacity as required by State and Federal regulations, and the approval from D.D.S. in writing that the requirements for the position are met and approved.
• Ability to perform all duties pursuant to all State and Federal statutes governing ICF/DD-H and/or ICF/DD-N facilities covered by Title 22 (State) and CMS (Federal) regulations..
