Youth Support Worker

• To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the student’s growth.
• To offer personalized teaching and learning in an autism-specific environment.
• To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children.
• To support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1 and in small groups.

• Supports children on the autism spectrum and/or with complex needs between 2 to 19 years of age.
• Offers a unique mix of education and support to pupils within a wide spectrum of needs and abilities.
• A dedicated and friendly team of staff.

• Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
• Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
• Available immediately to work as a Teaching Assistant.
• Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS.
• Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
