Job Summary: Our transport company is looking for a reliable and skilled XDP Driver to join our team. As an XDP Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations across the London.You must have experience driving a van and possess a valid driver's license. You should be familiar with the regulations surrounding the transportation of goods, and have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods onto the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
• Planning delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Ensuring that all deliveries are made in a safe and secure manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections, including obtaining signatures as required.
• Performing regular vehicle checks to ensure that it is in good working order, and reporting any faults or defects.
• Liaising with customers and colleagues to provide an excellent level of service.

Qualifications:

• Valid UK driving license.
• Experience driving a van .
• Knowledge of relevant regulations surrounding the transportation of goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks such as loading and unloading.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position.
• Shifts may be scheduled for early mornings or late evenings, depending on delivery schedules.
• The role may involve working in adverse weather conditions.
• Regular lifting of heavy items may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £129.00-£137.00 per day

• Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
