Junior Marketing Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mamma's Kitchen Ltd, a fast growing and successful group of Italian restaurants (La mia Mamma and Made in Italy), is currently looking for a highly motivated and extremely organized Italian speaker Junior Marketing Assistant to join the team at its headquarter in Chelsea (King's Road).

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Junior Marketing Assistant role:

• Report to the Marketing Manager
• Assist in the day-to-day delivery of the marketing strategy
• Plan and execute marketing activities across a variety of channels
• Content creation (social media, email and website)
• Assist in making/designing imagery for social media posts, emails and adverts
• Social Media & Website analytics
• Generate ideas and highlighting opportunities for new marketing campaigns and present these to the Manager
• Handle and oversee complaints, ensuring appropriate action is taken to resolve these.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
• Ability to work with others to develop goals of the business, whilst being flexible and able to adapt to working in a highly dynamic and demanding environment
• Knowledge of social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of key analytic platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Marketing degree (preferred)
• Italian speaker (preferred)

You will be a charismatic and creative individual who has an excellent understanding of social media platforms, the ability to use video and image editing tools, as well as social media reporting tools.

• 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
• Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience
