Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit a Shift Leader in Westfield, Stratford. You will run the shift, serve, and delight customers, in our busy Box Store daily.

What you’ll do day to day:

· Provide mentoring and coaching to team members

· Assist and support with all training

· Support the Retail Store Manager with team rota’s

· Lead team briefings

· Serve our famous doughnuts and beverages with first class customer

· Maintain stock levels, replenishing displays and campaign POS

· Make customer recommendations and upsell products using your expert knowledge

· Ensure that every doughnut is displayed and boxed to the highest standard

What we are looking for:

· Owing to working time regulations you must also be over the age of 18 to work as a Shift Leader

· You will need to be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Sunday.

· You'll have a natural talent for putting your guests at the heart of decisions.

· Ideally, you'll have transferable industry experience, perhaps having previously worked in a pub, restaurant, hotel, bakery, café, kitchen, or retail store as a team member and or supervisor.

· You’ll be people focused with the ability to drive business performance, leading by example, while living and breathing company values.
