HGV Class 2 Driver - £12.25 p/h

Are you an experienced Class 2 driver looking for a HGV role without the anti social working hours?

Kiely Bros Ltd – Waste Management Division run a fleet of Scania Skip and Hook Loaders 17plate or newer, and are looking for experienced 2 drivers to join their growing team.

No Experience? – Kiely Bros Ltd offer an immersive training program which will bring drivers up to speed in the Waste Management industry.

In return, we offer excellent pay rates and benefits to include 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and all staff are enrolled onto our pension scheme.

We are a successful family run business which provide skip hire and waste management solutions to local builders, national builders, brokers, and households. Our trading area is Birmingham and the immediate surroundings. Vehicles work from and return to the Tyseley Transfer Station daily.

The HGV Class 2 Driver will be responsible for delivering skips and/or Roll on, Roll off (RORO’s) to the relevant locations and collecting when required. Other Class 2 vehicles may also be required to be driven where required. We operate a paperless system using hand held phones which capture signatures, names and delivery times.

To be successful, the essential qualities for the HGV Class 2 Driver include:

• HGV Class 2 licence
• Full, UK driving licence
• Digital tachograph card
• Driver CPC

No experience of skip loader driving is required as training will be given.

The hours of work are;

Monday – Friday 7.00 till 5.00
and
Saturday 7.00 – 1.00 - on a fortnightly basis.
