We are part of Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. kff has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying both fantastic local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering direct to the caterer.

We are looking for 3 Telephone Sales Representative to join our friendly Telephone Sales team in Aylesford, Kent. This will be an evening shift, working 5pm to 10pm, with some flexibility around days worked.

The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent Customer Service to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to kff customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Manage the existing customers and ‘Your Way’ customers, alongside the external representatives

· Take customer orders within a timely and orderly manner

· Process telephone orders accurately

· Assist with all other order processing processes (Web/Integration)

· Handling inbound calls

· Complete pricing forms for new products

· Promote and upsell monthly promotions

· Manage errors, BEY report, Weights and Suspends orders, workload, figures/sales.

· To be able to run cut off/day end prints to handover to transport/warehouse
