Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are FSA approved cutting plant. Looking for experienced butcher.

Working days are most likely to be as follow

Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday , Friday and Saturday. Shifts range from 5 to 10 hours per day.

Salary £10.80 to £13.00 per hour depending on butchery experience.

Food safety training is required for this role. If you do not hold the required training successful candidates will be provided necessary training.

Responsibilities:

• Following HACCP procedures for cutting plant.
• Operating bandsaw safely for cutting poultry
• Cleaning of cutting room and bandsaw before and after the cutting session.
• Be aware of his surroundings.
• Be able work on bandsaw for long hours.
• Handle the unexpected.
• Ensure personal safety is at highest priority always.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.80-£13.00 per hour
