Role – Bar Manager
Annual Salary - 36K (plus bonus)
Hours – 45 per week
Location – Camden
Start Date- From May 2023 (flexible start dates available)
Shift Patterns – Latest finish will be 2am (Thursday – Saturday)
We are looking for a Bar Manager to join the fast-paced buzz of Junkyard Golf Club who will be based at our biggest site to date in the cultural hotspot of Camden.
Our ideal candidate will have plenty of passion, experience leading a team and excellent time management skills. You will be leading our bar team in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.
Bar Manager Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing recruitment & training of bar staff and retaining top talent
- Ensuring a unique and exceptional guest experience is provided
- Complete weekly stock audits and stock reports in line with the company’s Gross Profit (GP) margins
- Carry out weekly wet stock and consumable orders
- Developing new menus and cocktail specials
- Act as an opening and closing manager where necessary

- has experience working in a fast-paced environment e.g. hospitality as a Junior Manager or Supervisor
- has experience in stock auditing and working towards company budgets
- holds superb communication skills
- displays attention to detail
- always shows kindness
- has passion to develop high performing teams and provide and deliver an exceptional customer service
