Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently looking to recruit a Care Assistant on behalf of our client, a residential care home based in Solihull.

Main Responsibilities:

To comply with the homes Health & Safety, COSHH & Environmental Regulations.
To attend and contribute to staff meetings when required.
To attend all training, this includes mandatory and best practice.
All training will be indicated by a T on the rota
To maintain confidentiality on all aspects of care and your work within the home.
To have a working knowledge of the homes Policies and Procedures in respect of your job.
To comply with The Skills for Care Code of Practice for Health & Social Care Workers and the Employee Handbook.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.60-£11.45 per hour
