Sales Coordinator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Jiawei Technology, a leading manufacturer in the Solar & LED lighting industry, is currently hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator to assist our NA sales team. Jiawei is a Publicly Traded Company listed on SZSE (300317) since 2012. As a major supplier of many large chain retailers in North America, such as Lowe’s, Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc., we are looking for a dedicated, high-performing, and accountable individual to join our Sales Coordinator team.

Responsibilities:

· Support sales team in all sales activities like customer requirements, sales analysis and product development

· Daily communication with teams in China on product, orders and shipping

· Track production details and monitor production process

· Manage quotes and item setup in customer’s system

· Assist with graphic designer on package artwork development

· Follow-up on late payment and verify all claims and deductions

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 3+ years’ experience in sales related role. Direct Imports to retail chains experience a plus

· Detail oriented and well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

· Works effectively across teams and is efficient in multi-tasking

· Regular evening communication with the factory is needed

· Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (verbal and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
