Role Overview & Responsibilities

Founded in 2016, JFB LETTINGS LTD is an established estate agency with a portfolio of porperties in north london . We specialise in renting apartments/houses in the most iconic residential buildings throughout north london We take pride in delivering tailored and efficient service to our clients and assist them to maximise their investment in properties. The successful candidate will join the Property Management department and will manage the existing portfolio of residential properties and maintain relationship with existing landlords, tenants and any other related parties. Main Responsibilities Deal with day to day property maintenance issues Check and prepare properties for new tenancies Meet new tenants at the start of the tenancy Conduct handover sessions and following up on snagging progress Assist clients with setting up utilities, furniture, etc. Schedule and carry out property visits Manage end of tenancy matters Prepare deposit charges and manage deposit returns Ensure all properties have a valid Gas Safety, EICR and PAT Manage rental database to ensure all records are up-to-date Appointment and monitoring of contractors assist with video or face to face viewings Support Lettings Director with additional tasks as and when required Support other colleagues as required during annual leave and busy periods Skills required: Spanish speaker with fluent English Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish Ideally 1 year of experience in property management Be efficient and organised Excellent communications and customer service skills Time management skills Ability to handle confidential information Job Type: Full-time 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus Work Location: One location

Salary: Up to £52,000.00 per year
