Retoucher

We’re looking for a retoucher with an excellent eye for detail and a body of work that shows a robust understanding of colour, composition, illustration and brand.

Taking a methodical approach to image creation, they’ll use their experience working with well-established brands and new-to-the-market challengers alike to optimise and enhance the work of our designers. With panoramic vision, they’ll intuitively understand the overarching needs of our clients – and be able to do their part to deliver it.

Our ideal candidate obsesses over the details and never shies away from a challenge. Being a true professional, they’ll have not only mastered the tools of the trade, but also actively following tech developments so they can continue to build their arsenal of skills. With high standards and passion to their craft, they’ll strive for perfection in everything they do.

They will understanding that communication and collaboration are key, and whilst they will be primarily working with the production team, they’ll be happy to support the studio, assisting with photoshopping and visualising as needed. They’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and recognise the importance of teamwork and a good sense of humour.

3+ years branding and design industry experience in high-end retouching (packaging experience preferable).
