With the expansion of our business, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who will grow the branch to become market leader in the region.

Responsibilities will include:

• Spearheading the branches business growth
• Developing and mentoring a team of target driven negotiators
• Conducting Sales and Lettings Valuations and Market Appraisals
• Maintaining relationships with Landlords and Vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

• London, SW11 5RQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Estate Agency: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
