Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team at one of our thriving transport convenience stores in Northampton. Some of your key tasks will include:

• Ensuring sales are maximised through achieving excellent Customer Service.
• Welcoming Customers into branch effectively
• Recognising opportunities for additional sales
• Ability to deal with customer queries and complaints, referring to management where appropriate.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience to everyone who comes into Store.
