Role Overview & Responsibilities

Drive store standards, including displays. Achieving sales targets. Recruit, train and supervise shop assistants. Take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of the store and Deposit cash at Bank. Answer customer enquiries and give advice about products. Connect with customers face-to-face, Ordering stocks from wholesalers and manufacturers. Lead and co-operate with other staffs where needed, operate shop till and any related software for recording sales and purchases. Daily opening and closing the store and check the opening and closing cash balance. Communicating with Management to ensure the shop continues to run smoothly

Salary: £27,500.00 per year
