Job Overview

A dedicated site based officer to work at a large distribution hub near Coventry Airport

Job Description

Working nights alongside another officer you will be based in the security gatehouse and will be responsible for access and egress to site ensuring all security protocols are adhered to. You will assist with site security patrols, work closely with the client operational team to ensure the day to day business needs are met and maintain a focus on health and safety measures ensuring all staff, visitors and contractors remain safe.

Personal Specifications

Must be reliable, hardworking, professional and able to work in a fast paced industrial environments. A team player able to work alone when necessary and able to work under pressure remaining focused on delivering a high level of customer service. A keen eye for detail and good customer service skills are essential and previous experience in a gatehouse or distribution setting would be advantageous.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Corporate security Front of House or Gatehouse: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• SIA Security Guarding, Door Supervisor or CP Licence? (required)

Shift availability:

• Day shift (required)
• Night shift (preferred)
• Overnight shift (required)
