ISS are currently seeking a talented and experienced Hospitality Assistant to join our team in London. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will ensure the timely and seamless delivery of refreshments and food offerings to meetings and events, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up, and clear refreshments and food offerings in meeting rooms in a timely manner and to set standards
• Deliver the supply of food and beverage items to ensure quality, variety, presentation, temperature, and taste are maintained at the standard required by the client
• Wash and polish dishes, crockery, glasses, cutlery, etc.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
• Manage daily and weekly stock control of supplies
• Use the meeting room booking system to ensure timely delivery of all catering requests in accordance with guidelines and agreed procedures
• Work closely with the wider Front of House team to ensure the delivery of a seamless service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or catering role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
