Role Overview & Responsibilities

Position: Welder

Location: Manchester

Start date: Immediate

Duration: 6-8 weeks

Hours: Approx 45-50hrs/week, Mon-Fri

PAYE Pay Rates: £22.00/hr Inc Hol Pay

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for MMA Welders on behalf of our client for work on a petrochemical site in Manchester. Duties will include MMA welding 2G on mild steel plate and packers which will support a pipework system and TIG welding 6G for schedule 40 stainless steel. Additional duties will include grinding and preparing steelwork prior to welding.

A weld test will need to be completed prior to starting work.

Requirements:

- CSCS / CCNSG card

- Current TIG / MMA weld codings

- Previous experience in the heavy engineering industry; Power, O&G, Petrochemical, Renewables etc.
