Role Overview & Responsibilities
Ibis London Earls Court, part of the Accor group of hotels, provides guests with a warm welcome, spacious and comfortable accommodation with breath-taking views of the London skyline. Currently the hotel is gearing up for a full refurbishment of the 504 bedrooms, Food & Beverage outlets and all public areas creating a new combo hotel with 2 brands operating in both the midscale and economy segments. We are looking for an experienced operator who wants be part of this amazing project supporting and being involved during the refurbishment and repositioning of the hotel over the next 2 years. The transformation of our Food & Beverage spaces will be from a functional breakfast buffet & traditional hotel restaurant with a “pub-style” bar to an on-trend premium-casual social hub and eatery across the first floor of the hotel with a further street level artisan café & deli.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Providing a warm welcome to guests and taking hot beverage orders and snacks will be at the heart of what you do. You will use your excellent customer service skills to give guests an experience that they’re sure to remember! Full-time position weekend included.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming the guests to our lovely F&B outlets
- Good Knowledge of our products
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station
- Ensuring that the F&B area remains well-stocked at all times.
- Receiving and processing customers payments
- Make sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables.
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
- Take a positive problem solving approach with guest problems and concerns
- Actively sell and promote, hotel facilities and services.
