Role Overview & Responsibilities
Accounts Assistant – Landscapes & Gardens
Sands End, Greater London
£29,000 - £34,000 (FTE)
Half Days 5 days per week or Full Days 3 days a week
Information on the role
- Create sales invoices
- Enter purchase ledger invoices
- Maintain purchase ledger records
- Filing & Archiving data
- Deal with staff expenses & petty cash
- Assist with management accounts preparation
- Analyse jobs to ensure costs have been re-charged
- Check timesheet information & import it into accounts system
- Other ad-hoc accounting assistance
What we’d like from you
- AAT Qualified or 2-3 years’ relevant experience
- Previous experience in an accounts based role
- Analytical skills
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Products
