Health Care Assistant
37.5 hours/week, 5 days over 7 including rotation to nights
This is a Hospiscare Band 3* post, salary £20,061 – 21,597 per annum*

Our Hospiscare@Home teams have a first class reputation for delivering outstanding evidence-based palliative nursing care and clinical advice. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Health Care Assistant to join the Coastal team based in Exmouth. You will work alongside registered nursing staff in the multi-disciplinary team, helping to provide holistic and person-centred care and support for patients with complex life-limiting illnesses.
