Assistant Accountant (in an Accountancy Practice)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are Hoffman Consultants LLP (Chartered Accountants).

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has worked for at least 2 years in an Accountancy Practice . Within this role you will be preparing Statutory Accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies. You will be dealing directly with the clients both in person and on the telephone.

The ideal candidate will be AAT (level 3 or above) qualified or qualified by experience, have excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, admin experience, well-organised and have knowledge of Sage (or similar accounts software). Also experience of operating a CRM would be desirable but not essential.

Opportunity to study for AAT (level 4) or ACCA.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week

Salary: £11.50-£14.50 per hour
