Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a local Neighbourhood cocktail bar we are looking for an amazing table service waitress/waiter. As we are part of a small community we need someone who loves getting to know people and give them a reason to return to the venue.

Our pay is heavily incentivised based on sales and spend per head. So being able to build a rapport, upsell and keep people engaged and buying drinks directly influences your pay. We run a range of bonuses based on Average guest spend, weekly sales and positive social media and online reviews.

Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
