Role Overview & Responsibilities

Heavenly Desserts Rochdale are looking for a number of people to join both the Front and Back of House Team. This is a a fantastic opportunity to work in an up market, elegant and trendy dessert restaurant in the heart of Rochdale.

Working hours - anytime between 10am - 12:00am

Back of House

• Work as part of a large-team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our extensive menu.
• To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.
• Maintaining a clean kitchen, upholding all company policies and cleaning practices. Upholding compliance requirements with regards to Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene, etc.
• Regular Kitchen cleaning as well as deep cleaning twice a week
• A minimum of 6 month catering/food handling experience
• Progression within the business is available for the right candidates within this growing business.

Front of House

• To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.
• Upholding compliance requirements with regards to Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene, etc
• Ensure shop floor is clean, tables and cutlery are clean and deep cleaning twice a week
• Take customer orders and provide table service, serving food and clearing tables
• Restaurant/retail experience minimum 1 year

As well as the above we are looking for individuals with initiative and show flexibility and be willing to work as part of a team. Job duties will vary and we are looking for individuals with a positive attitude willing to embrace the different challenges presented whilst working in a busy restaurant.

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
