This post is an exciting opportunity to join the Darlington 0-19 Team as an Emotional Health & Resilience Nurse, supporting children and young people with mental health & emotional wellbeing difficulties

The Emotional Health and Resilience team are integrated within the Darlington Growing Healthy 0-19 Service providing advice, consultation, and support for to children and families to enable them to address,the mental health and emotional needs of children and young people.
