About the role...

You’ll play a part in ensuring the Restaurant runs efficiently during breakfast service and that our guests are bowled over by the quality of food, drink and service they receive. You’ll be a great team player, effectively supporting the Front of House team. You'll be polite, courteous and professional. Our approach is all about Hamptonality - the ability to provide a warm welcome in a clean, friendly, warm atmosphere. We'll give you all the tools and training you need to become a shining star within the team, and opportunities for development whenever you feel ready.

You'll work with front of house staff over a variety of service periods - including breakfast, lunch and evening service. We'd love you to build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management alike, following stock and control procedures, and adhering to food safety and health and safety requirements. You will play a key part in working with the team whilst supporting the department in achieving the required service results through internal and external audit results.

We are here for our guests round the clock, so it's important that you have good availability for all service sessions throughout the day.

About you...

· Excellent customer service skills, ideally gained within hospitality or retail

· Strong communication skills through a variety of means

· Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks

· High attention to detail and accuracy – great at managing your own time and helping others to manage theirs!

· The desire to give our guests a fantastic Hampton experience - and have some fun too!

In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
