Butcher Counter assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a keen enthusiastic person to join a fun friendly team of Men and Women, at Hampton Butchers inside Dobbies Garden Centre, Peterborough. We are looking to hire a shop assistant to work alongside our Butchers and existing Shop Assisstants to serve our customers.

Responsiblites will include:

• Help make Kebabs and Press Burgers
• Prepare, Pack and Label product for sale
• Taking Payments
• Keep up the stock levels On the multideck
• Offering excellent customer service
• Ensuring the workplace remains clean and tidy throughout the day
• Ensuring the companys food hygiene practices are observed in all elements from storage, preparation through to the finished product.

Experience working in a Food/Retail enviroment would be ideally be desired.

The jobrole will include 25+ Hours , weekend Work is sometimes required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
