Shift Lead Porter

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Supervision of a Porters Team at a busy Hospital in Winchester, working shift patterns. Responsible to the Lead of Department.

Your team of Porters play a crucial part in keeping the hospital working by moving patients, goods and equipment between departments to where they are needed.

Hospital Porters are also involved in emergency response arrangements including the response to fire alarm activations and support to security where required.
