Here at GXO, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Grange Park in Northampton, on a full-time, permanent basis…that’s right, this isn’t just a temporary role, you could have a long-standing career with us!

Initially, you’ll be working 40 hours per week, on an ‘any 5 from 7’ basis, covering either a fixed Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday (weekend working is essential for this role). We have vacancies across our PM shift, covering 15:00 – 23:00.

· An hourly rate of £12.65

· An additional £1 per hour forSaturday and Sunday working

· Overtime paid at time and a third after 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll do on a typical day:

· Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse

· Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound, and stock control

· Picking and packing of goods from our e-Commerce clothing brand

· Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

· A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience

· Strong communication written and verbal communication skills

· Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided

· A safety-focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach to your work
