Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are recruiting for Live In Care Workers to join our exceptional & growing team for Lincoln, Newark & surrounding areas. We hire on values, not qualifications.
You will be providing high quality home care to our clients, with tasks such as: companionship, meal preparation, medication, personal care, shopping and social activities. Live In Carers live with a client on varying patterns ranging from 2, 4 & 6 week cycles.
You’ll be matched with a client, providing tailored support and companionship to meet their needs. Following a client’s individual care plan you will generally provide a daily average of 10 hours care provision to your client. Managing medical conditions such as dementia, stroke and Parkinson’s.
