Salary is between £30,000pa - £32,000pa depending on experience. Based on working Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00 with some flexibility required.

Job description
- Using internal systems allocating loads, vehicles and drivers via (Manpack TMS).
- Liaising daily with internal and external customers on a face-to-face basis, via email and on the telephone.
- Collating information for KPI reports including delivery performance and vehicle utilisation.
- Inputting information onto spreadsheets and record keeping.
- Planning and organising the activities of the Transport Operation, including the transition between the customers’ peak and off-peak activity periods.
- Planning loads (inbound and outbound) for the operation.
- Working with the Customer Service Team to ensure deliveries are scheduled as per customer requirements.
- Leading and de-briefing drivers.
- Ensuring that vehicle activity is planned in the most efficient manner.
- Communicating collection times and delivery bookings with customers.
- Monitoring and auditing health and safety.
- Provide regular reports to the Transport Manager on customer related and other relevant matters, making recommendations where relevant.
