Senior Care Assistant (Nights)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit Night Healthcare/Senior Healthcare Assistants at our beautiful Care Home in the stunning countryside of Evesham, Worcestershire, called Greenhill Park Residential Care Home.

You will join an amazing team at a Good CQC rated home, registered for 34 residents.

Some experience would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Reliability and trustworthiness along with a caring gentle nature are paramount for this role.

Accommodation can be provided if needed.
Rate of pay = £9.97/hr for Carers and £10.54/hr for Senior Carers PLUS a £1/hr weekend bonus PLUS a £2/hr bonus per hour worked over 80 hours per fortnight.
Contracted hours = 44 hours per week

We are also offering a £250 refer a friend bonus if you refer someone who remains with us for at least 6 months.
